Winemaker Takeover with Chateau de Saint Cosme

Friday, February 27, 2025 – 6:00-7:30pm @ Beaufort Wine – $75 per person

We are excited to host the winemakers of Chateau de Saint Cosme! Join us for a guided tasting with tapas-style pairings from Chef Stephane Malijenovsky.

Saint Cosme – located north of the village of Gigondas, France – is the most ancient estate in the region, lying on the site of a Gallo-Roman villa. The estate has been in existence since 1416, run by the same family for 14 generations.

Saint Cosme works “a la main,” to make wines that express their terroir with purity and personality resulting in balanced wines with a great ability to age.

What to Expect

Doors open at 5:50pm: The store closes at 5:00pm so that we can set up for this event. The event begins promptly at 6:00pm.

Open seating: Food service is family style and pre-portioned for each table. Large parties may not be able to sit together. When you arrive please find a chair and meet the wine enthusiasts at your table!

Chef’s-choice pairings: We work with amazing chefs who create tapas-style pairings that enhance the wines served at each event. They often work with local and seasonal ingredients. We are not able to provide details in advance or accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests.

Wine selections: Rob works closely with our wine distributors to select the specific wines featured at each event. This is an opportunity to challenge your assumptions and explore wines you may not have tried before. Bring an open mind and palate!

A Journey to Burgundy and Languedoc

Thursday, March 12, 2026 – 6:00-7:30pm @ Beaufort Wine – $75 per person

Join us to explore the wines of the Burgundy and Languedoc regions of France. This guided tasting will be led by Adrien Paumard of Boisset Collection. Tapas-style food pairings will once again be provided by Chef Stephane.
